Allied Brands Limited became a publicly listed company on the ASX on 22nd November 2004 and has since become one of Australia’s leading owners, operators and developers of franchise brands.
 
The QSR division comprises Baskin-Robbins Ice-Cream, Cookie Man, and Villa & Hut. The group also operates the non food brands of Kenny’s Cardiology, Awesome Water and Awesome Entertainment. This spread of brands and industries offers risk minimisation by moving away from a single sector reliance.
 
The company intends to continue to acquire other franchise brands in emerging target markets that have significant future growth potential.
 
Exporting the group’s individual brands to appropriate international markets is also part of the future business plan.
