Allied Brands Limited became a publicly listed company on the ASX on 22nd November 2004 and has the mission to become Australia’s leading owner, operator, and developer of franchise brands.  

This will be achieved by: 

• Dynamically expanding the QSR division, currently anchored by Baskin-Robbins Ice-Cream and Cookie Man, through both organic and acquisitional growth;
• Expanding the Group’s retail base into non-food brands thereby providing risk minimisation through moving from a single sector reliance;
• Acquiring other franchise brands in emerging target markets that have significant future growth potential;
• Exporting the Group’s individual brands to appropriate international markets when the Australian market for specific brands reaches maturity.
